Richard Forrest has lived in Thorpe Astley for 20 years. Richard has a history of community service, having worked on a homelessness project and as a children’s worker, both with Holy Trinity Leicester church. Professionally, Richard has had a successful career as an electronics design engineer, working in the automation, aerospace and automotive industries.

 Richard is married with 3 daughters and 4 grand children.

Richard is a director of Leicester Hackspace and is a member of Wanlip Sailing Club and Holy Trinity Leicester Church.
